Terms of service
Flower Submission
Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off flowers to Peachy Petals. Flowers must arrive within 5 days of your event. The sooner they are received, the better they will press. Clients must follow our shipping instructions exactly. Peachy Petals is not responsible for flower damage, whether or not the instructions were followed.
Flower Variety
While we have developed techniques to preserve many challenging bouquet components, the following items cannot be pressed or included in indoor frames: Brunia balls, asparagus fern, pinecones, poppy pods, thick branches (e.g., curly willow), artificial flowers, silk flowers, and wood flowers.
Additional considerations: Seeded eucalyptus seeds may be removed prior to pressing depending on stem and seed size, and unusual organic elements (e.g., fruits, vegetables, etc.) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; inclusion is not guaranteed.
Shipping of Flowers
Peachy Petals does not arrange transport of flowers. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Flowers must be shipped via overnight or 2-day service per our guidelines. We are not liable for issues with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier, and no refunds or flower replacements will be issued for shipping errors or lost packages.
Sentimental Items
Remove all ribbons, lace, pendants, or other personal items before drop-off or shipping. If included, these items may be discarded, and Peachy Petals is not liable for loss or damage. Clients must notify us by email (not DM) before their event date if there are special flowers or bouquet components we should preserve.
Pressed Flower Selection
The number of flowers pressed is determined by the frame size purchased at the time of booking.

An entire bouquet will not be pressed for smaller frames (e.g., 8×10).

Unless specifically requested in writing via email, all flowers provided will be combined in the design, including extras such as boutonnieres or corsages. To keep items separate, a separate frame order must be placed.

Upgrades must be made before your event date. Once flowers arrive and are pressed, we cannot guarantee upgrades to larger frame sizes, as pressing is completed based on the frame originally purchased.
Condition of Flowers
Flowers are preserved as they arrive. Bruises, discoloration, or other flaws will appear in the final piece. We photograph flowers upon receipt and share any noted damage. Replacement stems can be purchased if needed.
Damaged flowers may require adjustments to frame size or layout. If flowers arrive unsalvageable, we will determine a path forward with the client.
Color Change
Flowers are organic and will naturally fade, change color, or become translucent during and after preservation. White flowers may yellow, reds may turn purple, and overall colors may alter due to oxidation and the drying process. Finished pieces will not look identical to your wedding day bouquet.
By placing an order, I acknowledge and agree that my flowers may not retain their original color and may fade, and that Peachy Petals is not liable for any discoloration or natural pigmentation changes.
Longterm Care
Once delivered, the client is solely responsible for the long-term care of their bouquet frame. Finished pieces should be displayed in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight. Frames should not be stored in hot or humid environments such as bathrooms, storage units, or garages.
Failure to follow these care instructions may result in fading, warping, or other damage to the flowers and frame. Peachy Petals is not liable for any damage caused by improper display or storage conditions after delivery.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is approximately 6 months from your event date. This is an estimate; delivery may be sooner or later. Failure to respond to our emails in a timely manner will extend your timeline. There is no such thing as a guaranteed delivery date and projects are working on in order of their event date.
Design Approval Timeline
Clients have 8 weeks from the date the first mockup is sent to approve or request changes. We will make multiple attempts to contact you (including phone). If no response is received within 8 weeks, we will proceed with the existing design and close your frame.
Resin Pieces
Resin products are produced in partnership with a third-party vendor. In the event of any issues related to the resin itself, clients agree to notify Peachy Petals directly. Variations in resin—such as bubbles, layering, or texture—are considered normal and not defects. Resin products do not receive digital mockups. Flowers for resin pieces are selected at the discretion of Elisabeth and the Peachy Petals team. If the client wishes for a specific flower(s) to be included in resin items, this request must be made explicitly at the time of booking.
Frame Color & Variation
Our frames are crafted from high-quality, real maple. Because natural wood is inherently unique, variations in veining, patterning, and tiger maple lines will occur. As a result, some frames may appear more pigmented or darker than others. Our gallery images are intended to represent the general range of these natural variations.
Image Use Consent
By placing an order, you consent to Peachy Petals using images of your finished frame and any wedding photos you share for marketing and social media, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
Cancellation

Within 1 week of order placement (unless your event is that same week): Full refund.

After 1 week of order placement: $50 deposit withheld.

Within 1 week of event date OR after event date has passed: $100 deposit withheld.
Refunds
Custom pieces are non-refundable. If Peachy Petals makes an error, we will work with you to resolve it.
