Shipping FAQs

Should I do overnight or two day shipping?

Overnight shipping is the safest option for keeping your flowers fresh, especially if any of the follwoing apply :

1. You have an all-white bouquet

2. Your bouquet has delicate blooms like tulips, poppies, anemones, or peonies.

3. Your flowers are already starting to wilt

4. You are shipping in the hot summer months.

Two-day shipping is a more budget-friendly option and works well if your flowers are still in good condition and don't have any time-sensitive concerns. Choose the shipping method that best suits the condition and type of your bouquet! DO NOT use anything longer than 2 day shipping.

What can I do to make sure my flowers arrive in good condition for preservation?

To ensure your flowers arrive in the best condition for preservation, please follow our packaging instructions closely (do NOT use plastic when shipping). Keep your bouquet in water whenever it's not being held on your wedding day, and make sure to store it out of direct, harsh sunlight. This helps maintain the freshness and color of your blooms, making them perfect for pressing and preserving!

What happens if my flowers get lost, damaged, or delayed in shipping?

While flowers almost always arrive safely at our studio, occasionally they may experience some damage or get lost in transit. If this happens, you have a few options:
a) Purchase replacement stems for any delicate flowers that didn’t survive the journey,
b) Downsize your frame to fit the remaining flowers,
c) Receive a refund if your flowers are unsalvageable.

We're here to help you navigate these options and ensure your preservation is as beautiful as possible!

Can I ship my flowers to you from another country, like Canada or Mexico?

Unfortuantely, due to the restrictions of fresh flowers through customs, we do not accept internationally shipped bouquets. Some clients have had luck flying with flowers as their carry-on from international weddings, but bouquets can get confistacted at customs depending on their variety and the airport you fly through.
