This is the same system we’ve refined with hundreds of brides, so you can feel confident that your flowers will arrive safely and ready for preservation.
If you’re not local to Atlanta, you’ll need to ship your flowers to our studio after your event. Our Flower Shipping Kit takes the stress out of the process—giving you everything you need to safely send your bouquet with ease.
We’ll ship your kit to you 3 weeks before your event, so it’s ready when you are. (Must be purchased at least 2 weeks before your event. If your event is sooner, please use our DIY Shipping Instructions.)
What’s Included:
- A sturdy 12x12x18 box
- Eco-friendly packing materials to keep your flowers safe in transit
- Fool-proof instructions + full video walkthrough (anyone can pack a bouquet like a pro!)
- A prepaid overnight UPS return label so your flowers arrive at our studio at peak freshness
Good to Know:
- Not available for international weddings
- To update your shipping address, please contact us no later than 3 weeks before your event
- Many clients spend $200–$400 on overnight shipping when DIY’ing—our kit gives you access to discounted carrier rates and the peace of mind that your flowers have the best chance of arriving in perfect condition for preservation

Terms, Conditions & Timeline
By purchasing this frame, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. Please note that our turnaround time is approximately 6 months from the date of your event. We are a small business and never sacrifice quality for speed! Thank you for your patience as we create your piece for you.
Flower Shipping or Drop Off
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive our Welcome Packet with detailed instructions for either shipping or dropping off your flowers.
- Drop-off: Bring your flowers to our studio at 2621 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA during studio hours.
- Shipping: Please review our Shipping Information for full details on how to safely send your blooms.
Important: The price of this product does not include the cost of shipping your flowers to our studio. Clients are responsible for shipping expenses.
Cancelations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
- Cancel within 7 days of placing your order → You’ll receive a full refund (unless your event falls within that same week).
- Cancel after 7 days → A $50 deposit will be withheld to cover preparation costs.
- Cancel within 7 days of your event or after your event date → A $100 deposit will be withheld.
You can cancel your order anytime up until your event date.

It's completely normal for flowers to change color during the preservation process - white blooms might turn creamy or yellow, and vibrant reds may mellow into purples. We do color-correct white flowers when necessary. This transformation is part of their natural aging process and gives each preserved piece a unique character. We embrace these changes as a testament to nature's unpredictable charm! You will receive a mock-up design for approval and be given the chance to make any adjustments before your frame is finalized.
